Returns Policy
Each customer order is a custom-produced order (i.e. cut from the roll). For this reason, we cannot accept returns because the customer does not like the product or has changed their mind.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery, if no one is available to receive the fabric and it is returned to us a re-stocking fee applies.
Customers are strongly urged to request samples before ordering, a charge of £3.00 per pack max of 3 samples. Should customers order without first requesting a sample then they do so at their own risk.

Although every effort has been made to make sure that the fabrics on this site are as close to the original cloth as possible, shade variance in colour can occur from screen to screen.

In accordance with distant selling regulation 17, customers can return certain items purchased from us at their own cost, providing they do so within 7 working days of receiving them.
Please contact us ASAP if you have any queries with the goods you’ve received. No returns can be accepted without prior arrangement with ourselves. Any goods returned without prior agreement are not subject to a refund or replacement.
Damaged Parcels must be signed for as Damaged. Whilst every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, please check your goods immediately upon receipt.
If the event of you not receiving your ordered fabric, please notify us within 7 working days from notification that your order has been completed via email
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are faulty, please contact us ASAP before cutting as no refund or replacement will be available once cut, fabric needs to be returned before a replacement is sent.

We do advise that customers check through their fabric before its cut and used, even if the customer is not planning to use them for a while. Once the fabric is cut by the customer, we cannot offer an exchange or refund, even if the items are faulty. We also advise customers to check their goods as soon as possible, we cannot replace it if they waited too long. If the order was placed months before the customer contacts us about faulty fabric, we do not have to offer a refund.
Returned items must be in the original packaging, on the roll, unused & undamaged.
All items that are returned to us will be inspected to ensure they are unused and undamaged. Providing they are, we will arrange a refund for item(s) returned, less any delivery and transaction charges incurred. Restocking fee is up to 30%.
If you want to return an item back to us, we suggest you return the item either by courier or registered post to ensure item safety in transit, and proof of postage should an item get lost.
